WHY PEOPLE EXPERINCE FINANCIAL PROBLEM

People use to say “life is the game” We have to play as good as we can.

Most people ask themselves why life is so difficult, I work hard, I get my salary but in a few days I find myself with no money. This question makes people to look for another way to get more money and may be when they use another way of getting money they face the same problems, this is called lack of knowledge, they don’t know what the problems are, This book will take you over on how to solve those problems which give you trouble everyday.

  • Not planning. Planning your finances isn't as much fun as planning a vacation, but doing it will help you archiving the best. Not planning your financial will cause you to use the money and you don’t know how you used it’s very dangerous to do things without planning not only financially but also in almost everything. Plan your finance, evaluate your plan and put your plan in practice.
  • Overspending: This is the most problem most people get, spending too much even if they earn a little. Simple way to help you determine that savings is the difference between what you earn and what you spend, assuming you're not spending more than you're earning you will be very far financially than spending more or exactly what you earn. To increase your savings, you either have to work more and spend less. For most people, the careful approach is the key to building savings and wealth.

  • Making decisions based on emotion. You are most at risk to make the wrong moves financially after a major life change e.g a job loss or divorce, or when you feel under pressure. Maybe your investments have plunge in value. Or perhaps a recent divorce has you fearing that you won't be able to afford to retire when you had planned, so you pour a lot of money into some newfangled financial product. Take your time and keep your emotions out of the picture.

  • Nobody Plans to Fail, They Just Fail to Plan. The most common reason people find themselves in a financial problem is because of poor planning. Too often we live for today with little regard for tomorrow. Many of us commit ourselves to multiple long-term debts. That would imply that we know our jobs and health are secured for the terms of those contracts. Every journey begins with a map. Likewise every financially should began with a plan. Having no plans or goals will make a person to have no enjoyment with their finances. You will end up “Hope for the best but prepare for the worst.”
  • Delaying saving for retirement. Most people say they want to retire in a certain age. But in order to accomplish this financially, most people need to save a reasonable amount (around 10 percent) of their incomes starting sooner rather than later. The longer you wait to start saving for retirement, the harder it will be to reach your goal.

WHAT ACTION CAN YOU DO WHEN YOU ARE HAVING FINANCIAL PROPLEM?

All this will end when you apply the above knowledge and try to find who is the source of all this problem, Mostly if you want to make change for your financial make yourself as a cause of financial problems and try to find the way to get rid of it. Don’t point your finger to someone else because you have all the power to say YES and to say NO to people who want to misuse your money and find polite way to say NO to people whom you see they misuse the money you are making.

WHAT CAN WE DO TO MAKE CHANGES IN AFRICA?

Africa is the great continent, hahahahaha I love this word “GREAT CONTINENT” it makes me feel good.

I call it the great continent because the word Africa from my translation is GREAT almost everything you can find in Africa so why can’t we be proud of the great continent?

It’s time for Africa to wake up and show the world that we are GREAT continent don’t mess with us, “Don’t get me wrong I have good meaning to say this,Be proud of yourself, to be born black as African, You may have faith and trust in others, but if you don't have it in yourself, you are lost, it’s the same as most of African trust other countries most. Trust your Great continent first then spread it to others.

Positive thinking about is more powerful than negative thinking.

Just think what would happen, if you trusted all your choices and accepted all your decisions - you would be successful in just about everything you do. It is the same as if you don’t trust and love Great continent.

The reason we don't trust in ourselves and our power is that we don't accept our talents, gifts and abilities like imagination, free will and self love.

Sorry if I hit the point, but people from Great continent shall be heal if we don’t say the truth the African generation will not change, we need to change and to have positive thinking generation in Africa, to make changes on whatever we see wrong to make it right for our own good.

Just one example how can I say Tanzanite is from other countries while it’s only Tanzania have Tanzanite don’t you think it is the lack of knowledge and we praise others while they don’t deserve. No one will awake us if we keep on sleeping, if to open two eyes is hard you can start by opening one eye and try to see deeply so that you convince another eye to open too.

No body will come and do positive changes to us if we keep on sleeping.

Why can’t I be proud to be an African?

I am so proud to be African (Tanzanian) and I am happy to see other people coming to my country to climb the highest mountain in Africa which is mount Kilimanjaro and to go around the national park for enjoyment.

MOUNTAIN KILIMANJARO.

Some of the animals in Tanzania.

When we came to the culture which means a way of life of a group of people--the behaviors, beliefs, values, and symbols that they accept, generally without thinking about them, and that are passed along by communication and imitation from one generation to the next.

Every county has different culture when you came to Tanzanian you will see the way we talk, we dress and even the way we behave.

Most of Foreigner are interested with our culture example china they have one song which is famous in china and most of the Chinese know how to sing this song, the song called AMANI in Chinese is called HE PING which means peace, its in Swahili and Chinese , click hear to listen the song http://www.xici. net/b305000/ d34100621. htm

JUST LITTLE IDEA ON WHAT TO DO TO MAKE CHANGES TO OURSELVES AND OUR COUNTRY.
Ask yourself this question DO I TRUST MYSELF? What can I do to make changes?

“You can’t always get what you want. But if you try sometimes, you might find, you get what you need”

Why am I living in this world without trusting myself. You have to believe that you’re designed to get what you need, even when you don’t. Don’t believe others are motivated to give you what you need, every day believe what you desire and one day it will go your way, you begin every task knowing you will succeed, even when you don’t. African believe of making changes starting with what you have trusted, that you can do something big from it then act about it from there when you don’t get what you want, you know you’ve just received what you need.

You know nothing ever happens that wasn’t supposed to happen put your idea together and make the decision that will give positive effect, you know there’s a powerful lesson in every experience in another meaning is that you get what you planted, you can’t plant beans and get maize. You accept responsibility for what happens next. It’s time for us to thing big about our life economically, socially and politically.

Wherever you are is where you’re meant to be because that’s where you are. So be there and be there fully. If you’re engaged in an action, engage fully or disengage fully. Don’t kind-of or sort-of engages. Because it’s easier to focus on the risks of what-could-go-wrong than it is on the possibilities-of-doing-it-right. African we have to struggle to archive what we want it’s not late what are we waiting for? Lets start now.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. Life hurts. Love hurts. Losing hurts. Leaving hurts. Pain is real. That’s the point. Until the pain is great enough, we don’t heed it. What’s more, no matter how impeccable you are, there’s more pain on the way. The greater the pain, the greater the lesson. We can choose to become better or we can allow ourselves to become bitter.

Think about the most hard time you had. What got you through it? Who got you through it? Are you proud of yourself today because of how you acted then?

HAVE CONFIDENCE

Confidence and inner trust are one and the same in the emotional state. Confidence is your ability to cope and depend upon yourself to create a reality that is dependable. If you don't have confidence, you will create a reality that you cannot depend upon.

Positive thinking is more powerful than negative thinking.
Just think what would happen, if you trusted all your choices and accepted all your decisions - you would be successful in just about everything you do.

If you don't trust yourself, you don't trust others.

If you don't trust yourself, it shows up in others. In other words, you attract people in a situations that you cannot trust.

The reason you don't trust in yourself and your power, the reason you don't accept your talents, gifts and abilities like imagination, free will, self love, is because you learned not to trust, not to accept.

The reason you don't trust yourself is because it's a learned emotion, but the actions of others should not affect you.

You will never allow yourself to be, doing, or have what you truly need and desire in life, unless you value yourself.

You have the power to do something special.
Accept that you are value in this moment and stop judgment. You must accept the choice, thought, action, even if a little at first.

don't try to do it all at once.

Trust and accept, even a little at first and you will see the difference that this makes in your life.

It's the little things that brings the big things, wake up it's time for changes.

CHILDREN AND DEPRESSION

Causes of Childhood Depression

As with adult depression, diagnosis of depression in children is not as clear-cut as it is for other ailments. There is no test that can be given which will positively say that an individual has depression, much less pinpoint the cause(s). The medical community still knows relatively little about the brain, how it works, and what makes it malfunction. In fact, anti-depressant properties of certain medications were discovered by accident in the 1950s while seeking a cure for tuberculosis. We do know that certain children have risk factors in their lives which could predispose them to depression or could "trigger" depression. Among these are a family history of mental illness or suicide, abuse (physical, emotional or sexual), chronic illness and the loss of a parent at an early age to death, divorce or abandonment. However, some infants exhibit depressive symptoms at an early age before most of these factors come into play, so there is an argument to be made for depression being wholly chemical in some children. Each child's depression is individual, and causes will be different for each one. The depression could be wholly chemical, wholly due to psychological factors, or a combination of the two. More important than the cause is identifying the illness and treating it.

Symptoms of Depression in Children

  • Persistent sadness and/or irritability.
  • Low self-esteem or feelings or worthlessness. A child may make such statements as, "I'm bad. I'm stupid. No one likes me."
  • Loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities.
  • Change in appetite (either increase or decrease).
  • Change in sleep patterns (either increase or decrease).
  • Difficulty concentrating.
  • Anger and rage
  • Headaches, stomachaches or other physical pains that seem to have no cause.
  • Changes in activity level. The child either becomes more lethargic or more hyperactive.
  • Recurring thoughts of death or suicide.

Any change in a child's behavior that seems to have no external or physical cause should be looked at. A low mood which results from a loss (death of a loved one, moving, changing schools) which lasts more than a few weeks should be considered possible depression and checked out.

If the child has bipolar disorder, also known as manic depression, these symptoms could be present:

  • abrupt, rapid mood swings
  • periods of extreme hyperactivity
  • prolonged, explosive temper tantrums or rages
  • exaggerated ideas about self or abilities

Bipolar disorder is often mis-diagnosed as attention-deficit disorder with hyperactivity (ADHD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), oppositional defiant disorder or conduct disorder.
